November 24, 1970 - 36th Heisman Trophy Award was earned by Stanford Quarterback, Number 16, Jim Plunkett.
November 24, 1971 - Braves catcher-infielder Number 32, Earl Williams, won the NL Rookie of Year
November 24, 1976 - Reds Number 8, Joe Morgan won his 2nd straight NL MVP Award
