Born May 9, 1965, in Cranbrook, British Columbia, was Hockey Hall of Fame Center Steve Yzerman. Steve served as the longest-running captain in NHL history (dressing as captain for over 1,300 games) serving his entire 22-year NHL career with the Detroit Red Wings franchise. The well decorated skater earned the Lester B. Pearson Award (Most outstanding player) in the 1988–89 season, the Conn Smythe Trophy (Most Valuable Player of the Stanley Cup playoffs) in 1998, the Selke Trophy as the league's best defensive forward in 2000 and the Bill Masterton Memorial Trophy for perseverance in 2003. Born April 28, 1970, in Krylbo, Sweden, was Hockey Hall of Fame Defenseman, Nicklas Lidstrom. played 20 seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the Detroit Red Wings from 1991 to 2012, which he captained for the final six seasons of his career. Called by the nickname of " The Perfect Human," Lidstrom was on four Stanley Cup Championship teams, made 12 NHL All-Star squads, and won one Comm Smythe Trophy. Ted Lindsay
Born July 29, 1925, in Renfrew, Ontario was Canadian Hockey Hall of Fame Left Wing Ted Lindsay. This skating legend won the Art Ross Trophy 1950, and was an NHL Players Association pioneer. Ted played 22 seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL). Lindsay was a six-time Stanley Cup champion (1950, 1952, 1954, 1955, 1956, and 1960) and won the Hart Memorial Trophy as the NHL's most valuable player in 1954. He was also a two-time Lady Byng Memorial Trophy winner (1954 and 1957), which is awarded to the player who demonstrates the most sportsmanship and gentlemanly conduct combined with a high standard of playing ability.

Mark Howe
Born May 28, 1955 in Detroit, Michigan, was Hockey Hall of Fame Defenseman Mark Howe. The Boston Bruins drafted Howe in the 2nd round of the 1974 Amateur Draft, as the 25th overall selection though he never took the ice with the Bruins. Mark joined the World Hockey Association's Houston Aeros and that franchise won the 1974 and 1975 Avco Cups, to take the WHA Titles. After that he moved on to play for the New England Whalers. After the WHA merged with the NHL, that team became the Hartford Whalers, and Mark later played for the Philadelphia Flers and the Detroit Red Wings. He is the son of HOF Gordie Howe.
Jack Adams
Born June 14, 1894, in Fort William, Ontario, was Hockey Hall of Fame Center Jack Adams. Adams played in the NHL with the Vancouver Arenas, Vancouver Millionaires, Toronto St. Patricks, and the Ottawa Senators for eleven seasons spanning from 1917 through 1927. Jack was later the coach / GM of the Detroit Red Wings. His coaching held the record of winningest coach in Red Wings history until 2014. Adams led the league in scoring with the Millionaires in 1921–22. As of 2023 Jack Adams is the only person to have won the Stanley Cup as a player, coach, and a general manager.
Dominik Hasek
Born January 29, 1965 in Pardubice, Czechoslovokia was Hockey Hall of Fame Goalie Dominik Hašek. This legend was a two-time Stanley Cup Champion and six-time NHL All-Star. Hašek had won the Jennings Trophy three times, the Ted Lindsey Pearson Award twice, six Vezina Trophies, and two Harts. He was also a member of the top 100 NHL Greatest Players in 2017.
