Born March 29, 1867, in Gilmore, Ohio, was Baseball Hall of Fame pitcher, Cy Young. Young produced the most wins in MLB history with 511. He pitched for the Cleveland Spiders, St Louis Perfectos, St. Louis Cardinals, Boston Americans, Cleveland Naps, and the Boston Rustlers during his  22-year career. His 2803 strikeouts and 7356 innings pitched are among the tops in baseball history. This amazing career on the mound has been honored and immortalized as each season the best pitchers are given the Cy Young Award.
