Born December 30, 1935, in Brooklyn, New York, was Baseball Hall of Fame Pitcher Sandy Koufax. This legendary hurler won three Cy Young Awards, was a seven-time MLB All-Star, won three Triple Crowns, five ERA titles, two World Series Championships, and was a League MVP. Koufax did all these accomplishments and more while playing for the Brooklyn Dodgers and later the Los Angeles Dodgers.
