Born December 21, 1911, in Buena Vista, Georgia, was Baseball Hall of Fame Outfielder, Catcher, and First Baseman Josh Gibson. This legend won the Triple Crown of the Negro Leagues, as well as helped his teams capture two Negro League World Series Titles. Gibson was a twelve-time All-Star and won three batting titles. During his career, Josh suited up for the Memphis Red Sox, Pittsburgh Crawfords, and the Homestead Grays.
