NBA Number 25s

That takes us to the selection of the 15 Greatest Players to have worn the Number 25 with a list of the top players that as of January 1, 2022 have worn the number in the NBA on game days.

  1. Dan Issel - played the position of Center and Power Forward wearing the number 25 jersey on the Denver Nuggets (1976-77) for 1 season as he scored 27482 points, dished out 2907 assists, crashed the boards for 11133 rebounds, blocked 532 shots and averaged 22.6 points per contest played for his career.
  2. Vince Carter - played the position of Guard and Forward wearing the number 25 on the Phoenix Suns (2011) and Dallas Mavericks (12, 13, 14) for four seasons as he scored 25728 points, dished out 4714 assists, crashed the boards for 6606 rebounds, smacked down 888 opponent's shots and averaged 16.7 points a game for his career.
  3. Tom Chambers - lined up at both Forward and Center wearing the number on the Philadelphia 76ers (98) for 1 years as he provided career 20049 points, created 2283 assists, fought for 6703 rebounds, blocked 627 shots, and averaged 18.1 points per game for his career.
  4. Chet Walker - played the Forward and Guard positions with this jersey number for the Syracuse Nationals (1963), Philadelphia 76ers (64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69), and the Chicago Bulls (70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75) for 11 seasons as he registered 18831 points, passed for 2126 assists, hauled down 7314 rebounds, swatted away 10 shots averaged 18.2 points each for his career.
  5. Gail Goodrich - was a Guard donning the number 25 on the Phoenix Suns (1969-70), Los Angeles Lakers (71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76), and the New Orleans Jazz (77, 78, 79) for 9 Pro Basketball seasons as he scored 19181 career points, helped out with 4805 assists, found the ball for 3279 rebounds, blocked 72 opposing teams' shots, averaging 72 points/game for his career.
  6. Maurice Lucas - dribbled the hardcourts as both a Forward and Center with this jersey identification number the Kentucky Colonels (76) for 1 seasons as he drained 14857 points, handed out 2498 assists, grabbed 9306 rebounds, and blocked 659 opponent's shots averaged 659 points per game for his career.
