Hockey HOFSweeney Schriner Hockey Hall of Fame
Hockey HOFBorn November 30, 1911, in Saratov, Russia, was Hockey Hall of Fame Left Wing Sweeney Schriner. This legend was a three-time NHL All-Star and hoisted Lord Stanley's Cup three times during his career. Schriner skated with the New York Americans and Toronto Maple Leafs and was named Rookie of the Year in 1934–35. During his 11 seasons in the National Hockey League, he scored 201 goals.
